We had to dust off our wood building tools for this one!  This 45' x 70' Stockade pole barn was the first wooden structure WCI has erected in over two years.  Construction began the second week of July 2022.  The building features a 2x4 flush girt and 2x6 flush purlin system, utilizing double joist hangers for extra strength.  Two-inch insulation will be used in the walls and three-inch insulation in the roof along with 26-gauge ash grey Ag style panels.  There are two 12'x12' overhead garage doors as well as one walk door on the west sidewall. 

On the north endwall of the building is a 10'x30' covered porch area.
