WEIGEL CONSTRUCTION INC.

In the spring of 2023, CAS constructors contracted WCI to erect the new water treatment plant for the city of Bonner Springs, Kansas. 

Erection of the main process building began in September of 2023, with the administrative building following soon after.

Galvanized steel provided by American Building Company make up all of the primary and secondary framing members. Two and a half inch thick, striated and stucco embossed insulated metal panels were used on the exterior walls of the structure, featuring dark bronze trims around the doors and windows.  

 

The roof on this project uses Americans' double-lok, standing seam, galvanized aluminum panels overtop a simple saver insulation system.

Erection of these two buildings ended in early December of 2023.
