Cobalt Stables

Located in Kansas City, KS Cobalt Stables serves as a privately owned equestrian training facility. The facility includes an 80' x 200' Indoor riding arena with an attached 9,500 sq./ft. horse barn with 20 horse stalls and a wash area. Located on the upper level of the horse barn is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment occupied by the property manager. The project was completed in Fall of 2016.
