WCI teamed up with Heinen Custom Operations and Carver Construction to build this massive 200,000 square foot American Building Company warehouse for Cardinal Glass and McCown Gordon locally in Spring Hill, KS. At over to two football fields long and one football field wide,  this was the largest pre-engineered building ever built by WCI, which maximized efficiency in design in order to reduce SF cost while maintaining ample storage space for the client. Simple weather tested materials including a galvalume a standing seam roof, kynar finished PBR exposed fastener wall panels and white faced R-19 insulation all around provided a no frills, light industrial look. An additional 4,500 square foot link building was also included in WCI’s scope which connected the existing plant to the new warehouse.
