WEIGEL CONSTRUCTION INC.

WCI erected a series of two buildings for E&K Construction. Erection of the office began in January of 2021 and construction of the warehouse building began in mid February.

The office building is a single slope structure that will utilize American Buildings' Standing Seam 360 galvalume roof panels. This building will have a four foot canopy overhang with soffit panels around the perimeter of the roofline. There will be no metal panels along the walls of this building, instead WCI is installing full length spandrel beams to support a full length window system as well as an EIFS wall.

Construction on both buildings was completed in April, 2021.
