Following a successful 20,000 square foot office/ warehouse build, completed in 2021, WCI is teaming up with WR Properties again to construct two new office/warehouse buildings in Shawnee, KS. Operating as the general contractor, WCI is providing not only Pre-Engineered Metal Building expertise but years of general contracting experience as well. The 6,400 square foot and 12,000 square foot footprints will significantly increase the owner’s rentable space for future tenants. Buildings will feature insulated metal wall panels, custom colored canopies, dock height overhead door access to the north building, parapet walls and standing seam roofing. Completion, early 2027.
