Construction of Building 3 began on March 28th, 2019. The three buildings feature multiple parapet walls around the perimeter roofline, which will be sheeted in galvanized aluminum R panels. The walls also use the galvanized aluminum R panels alongside dark brown designer metal wall panels as well as masonry stone. Each door opening and garage door opening are wrapped in Cobalt Blue trim.  Both of the buildings roof will be covered in galvanized aluminum standing seam panels.
