WCI is excited to team up with McCown Gordon and the City of Olathe to construct the new 23,000 sq.ft. Olathe Parks Maintenance Facility. The pre-engineered metal building provided by Star Building Systems was erected starting early November, 2019.

This building features intricate insulated metal panel bands, facades and rafter tail wraps. Other wall finishes by WCI include MBCI 7.2 wall panels, double-lok trapezoidal standing seam roofing and an aprx 5,000 sq.ft. mezzanine. Simple saver R-30 roof and R-25 wall insulation systems will be incorporated to meet the current energy code requirements as well.
