Valley Falls School District contracted WCI to erect a set of buildings for their soon to be pre-k school and a multi-use facility at their football stadium.

The multi-purpose building is a 28' x 50', single slope building that serves as a restroom facility and overflow storage for the maintenance staff. The walls are sheeted with an ash grey, PBR screw down panel. The standing seam roof panels and all of the trims on this building are midnight black.

The Pre-k building is a 38' x 67' structure that features masonry walls on all three sides to match the existing school building. WCI provided the steel building framing, as well as an R-30 simple saver insulation system and dark bronze standing seam roof panels.

This project was completed in December 2022.
