Located just south of Olathe, in Spring Hill Kansas our new headquarters will sit just over 8,900 sq./ft. This building has a single sloped roof and will feature a 5ft. eyebrow at the peak as well as a custom fabricated metal canopy above the office entry. Two inch insulated metal panels installed horizontally make up most of the front façade. The rest of the building is wrapped in brown AVP panels and utilizes architectural standing seam roof panels. The interior of the office area uses wood, steel and concrete throughout, including two custom made maple wood conference and coffee tables. The south side of the building will provide one loading dock for semi trailer access and 4 walk doors alongside 5 overhead door bays.
